Consent to the processing of personal data

This is a translation for convenience. The Russian version is the binding one.

By sending an enquiry through the form on blikman.co and ticking the box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give [full name], self-employed, taxpayer number (INN) [INN] (the “operator”) my consent to process my personal data on the following terms.

What data

• My name, or what I would like to be called.
• A way to reach me: a phone number, an email address or a Telegram username.
• The text of my message about the job.
• An attached file and whatever it contains, if I sent one.

What for

So that the operator can answer my enquiry, discuss the job with me, prepare a proposal and, if we agree, sign and carry out a contract.

What actions

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, use, erasure and destruction, with and without automated means. The operator does not pass my data to third parties, except where the law requires it. The data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.

For how long

The consent is valid for one year from sending the enquiry, or until I withdraw it, if earlier.

How to withdraw it

I can withdraw my consent at any time by writing to hi@blikman.co. The operator will stop processing and erase the data within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
