Personal data policy

This is a translation for convenience. The Russian version is the binding one.

1. Who processes the data

The operator of personal data is [full name], self-employed, taxpayer number (INN) [INN] (“we”). For anything about how your data is handled, write to hi@blikman.co.

This policy covers all data we receive through blikman.co and its subdomains. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. What data we process

Only what you send us yourself through the form on the site:

• your name, or what you would like to be called;
• a way to reach you: a phone number, an email address or a Telegram username;
• the text of your message about the job;
• an attached file and whatever it contains, if you send one.

Like any web server, ours also writes the IP address, the time of the request and the browser type to technical logs. These are kept to run and protect the site; we do not link them to enquiries or use them to identify you.

We do not process special categories of personal data or biometric data. Please do not send them in a message or a file.

3. Why we process it

• To answer your enquiry and discuss the job.
• To prepare a proposal.
• To sign and carry out a contract, if we agree on the work.

We do not use your data for mailings or advertising, and make no decisions based on it that have legal effects for you.

4. On what basis

We process the form data on the basis of your consent, set out as a separate document, which you give by ticking the box before sending. If it comes to a contract, the basis becomes signing and carrying it out.

5. What we do with it

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, use, erasure and destruction, with and without automated means.

The data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

6. Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, pass on or disclose your data to third parties, except where the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

As long as the purposes in section 3 need it, and no longer than one year from your last enquiry. If you withdraw your consent, we stop processing and erase the data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Under a contract, we keep data as long as the law requires.

8. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only. Enquiries are accessible to us alone, from restricted and secured accounts. We take the legal, organisational and technical measures required by Article 19 of the Personal Data Law.

9. Your rights

You can:

• find out what data of yours we process and how;
• have it corrected, blocked or erased if it is incomplete, out of date or processed unlawfully;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to hi@blikman.co to do any of these. We reply within 10 working days. If you believe we are violating your rights, you can complain to Roskomnadzor or go to court.

10. Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts and every other file load from our own server, with no requests to third-party services. Your browser keeps one note for the length of the session, that you have already seen the intro, and it holds no personal data.

We may update this policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the version date is shown above.
