A site for the Krasny Oktyabr deluxe quarter

A site for a new quarter on the site of a former confectionery factory, by the Kremlin. It is aimed at buyers and brokers and tells the story of the project as a whole: what makes it special and what the current phase includes. The residences are laid out for choosing, with floor plans and views for the penthouses and apartments. Enquiries go straight into the client’s Bitrix.

The design is built around large visuals: renders, drone footage and a map of the district. The page feels expensive and calm, and the animations bring it to life without pulling attention away from the project itself.

Several design concepts were proposed first. One was chosen and taken all the way through.

The mobile version was built separately rather than squeezed down from the desktop one, so it looks better on a phone and is optimised for it. On a large screen the site moves section by section, one screen per section.
