The client handed over eight finished renders of the future quarter. They needed to come to life for buyer materials and for an event for brokers: a quarter is easier to picture in motion than in a still image.
In every scene, what moves is what would move there in real life: people, water, cars, boats, reflections in the glass. Just enough movement for the shot to come alive and still remain the same render.
Seven scenes made it into the main film. The eighth, a vertical one, is delivered as a separate file.
